quiet hotel with good breakfast
friendly staff large room free parking delicious breakfast
The staff were very friendly throughout my stay. i requested a large room, and i got a family room, excellent. the location is good because there is free parking available in front of the building. The breakfast was delicious.
The tv was difficult to operate. It took a bit to get it running.

The room was very large and clean. It provided a comfortable atmosphere. facilities in the room included an iron, hair dryer and a coffee maker, so I could get ready easily. wifi was also available and worked well.

Free parking is located right in front of the hotel. This made it easy to bring my luggage inside. the outside space seemed lovely, overlooking a lake. this space offers a super calm place.

The staff offered a warm welcome at check-in. They went to get me coffee. the breakfast was fresh and hot with a tasty variety. staff were attentive .

huge bed airy design nice breakfast noisy taps poor soundproofing late party
the double bed was huge. it was comfy. i appreciated the airy design with a nice outside space, i also enjoyed the water features. the breakfast offered a great start to each day.
the taps made an awful noise when someone washed their hands. it was loud enough to wake me up. i found the lack of soundproofing to be a major issue. the party downstairs continued until well past 1 in the morning.

Adequate stay overall
bigger room cleanliness inadequate lighting buzzing noise
The room and bed were bigger than expected. EVERYTHING was perfectly clean and I felt safe. Although I was travelling alone, I felt comfortable in the hotel.
I found the lighting insufficient. I did not like the noise that the bathroom door made, it was a constant buzzing. I do not know if all those accessible doors make a similar sound.

My room was immaculate. It featured a comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton sheets. The staff throughout the hotel are very attentive.
The lighting wasn't sufficient.

Good Value, Great Location
free parking amazing staff breakfast choices breakfast buffet
Parking was free, which helped. The reception staff were AMAZING!!! I left some money in the room, and they located it. They kept me informed, a REALLY nice touch. Breakfast offered many choices. The breakfast buffet included fruit, yoghurt, cereals, a cooked breakfast, pastries, and sliced meats.
The sink in the bathroom was noisy when the water was running, a minor distraction.

The reception staff was helpful. They managed a lost item situation with efficiency. Their proactive communication provided reassurance. This high level of service added considerable value to the overall stay.

Breakfast provided numerous options, a wide array of choices were available. Fruit, yoghurt, and cooked selections catered to different preferences. The diversity of the breakfast buffet was certainly appreciated.
